Flat Fee Services

The pricing information below indicates the starting price for each service. This is because different funders’ requirements vary greatly. We will review the specific grant(s) you seek and provide a detailed estimate based on the requirements. Our goal is to always offer a fair price based on the project. Estimates are free of charge.

Corporate and Foundation Grants

  • Starting at $2,500

    After getting to know your organization and its goals, we will perform the research necessary to identify the 100+ grants that match your needs and then filter those down to the top ~20 good-fit opportunities. After evaluating each grant for competitiveness, we create a strategic roadmap of best-fit grants to pursue and in what order over the next 12-18 months. Cost varies with the number of programs and/or locations involved.

    *Only available as an add-on to a Funding Strategy. We will continuously monitor new grants being made available, evaluate them and update your funding strategy over the course of 12 months following the initial completion of your funding strategy. Cost varies with the number of programs and/or locations involved.

  • Starting at $500

    Have contacts been sending you links to grants you should "check out," but you don't have time to do a deep dive to determine if you are eligible or have the resources to implement them? We can take your list and do the deep dive resulting in a report with recommendations.

  • Starting at $2,000

    Are you preparing a specific grant proposal but feel unprepared to produce a quality narrative? Maybe you can handle the budget and other sections of the proposal in-house. We can get to know your organization's programs and needs and write a shining proposal that meets all of the RFP's requirements. (Includes two rounds of edits)

  • Starting at $1,000

    Are you preparing a specific grant proposal but feel unprepared to produce a complete program budget and budget narrative? With an understanding of your program and some financial documentation, we can assemble the budget pieces to include in your proposal. (Includes two rounds of edits)

  • Starting at $1,500

    Funders require a wide range of compliance reports following a grant award. Some require a single closeout report, and others require detailed quarterly reports. If you can provide some of the required figures (e.g., the number of unique participants in the program for a time period, the number of successful completions, etc.), we can manage the deadlines and submission of the required reports.

  • Starting at $500

    Have you already written your proposal but want a professional to review it and offer edits to strengthen your request? Do you need someone to go through and confirm that every section is complete according to the instructions provided by the funder?

    We know writing a proposal in a vacuum is hard. Sometimes it makes sense to have a grant professional review the RFP and the proposal you have already written.

    We are happy to review your proposal and offer feedback and the peace of mind that someone has confirmed that you have included everything the funder requested.

Government Grants

  • Starting at $10,000

    Federal grants are a major undertaking. Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) can run 30-150 pages of very detailed requirements. They often include time-consuming requirements like obtaining letters of support from multiple EDs of other organizations. Federal grants are generally very competitive because they will receive many proposals. Although these grants can result in large sums, they also require a major commitment of resources to administer, monitor, and report.

    State grants can be quite time-consuming but vary greatly. Like any government contract, significant resources must be dedicated to administering, monitoring, and reporting the activities and spending of funds. We will first review the Request for Proposal (RFP) to determine the post-award resources required and discuss your organization's ability to meet these requirements before we provide an estimate for preparing a quality proposal for you.

We will review the Request for Proposal (RFP) and discuss the post-award requirements before we complete the review and provide an estimate for preparing a quality proposal for you.

Flat fee projects are paid 50% at contract execution and 50% at project completion.
